Programs are recommended based on current skill level.

Trial Sessions: Here at PSFT , we take the time to meet with every prospective student to assess their expectations and goals through free trial sessions. It is essential to the progression of the student to be able to identify these expectations and goals before the student begins coaching.

PLEASE NOTE: Trial sessions are for introductory purposes. The specific trial class time and day may not be the student class placement within the program.
